First time visiting a restaurant at 4am!! I had the opportunity to go BTS at Warung Ibu Oka 3 to watch them cook their famous whole suckling pig (Babi Guling). It’s a must try dish when in Bali and it was absolutely fascinating to see their 5 hour cooking process.
