'In the Eye of the Storm: Modernism in Ukraine, 1900–1930s' presents the ground-breaking art produced in Ukraine in the early 20th century, accompanying the Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza's current exhibition in Madrid. The artworks included in the exhibition and book were transported out of Ukraine in a secret convoy in November, “the largest and most important export of Ukraine’s cultural heritage to have departed from the country since the beginning of the war”.
