Day 7 Walking with the only focus being to notice the beauty around me and clear my mind has been an awesome part of the wellness practice. Taking time to breathe and let emotions flow through and notice them rather than judge myself for having them is helping me release tension and stress which I know is having a knock-on effect on those closest to me.
