I recently had a request for a 1:1 in the hope of me bringing “more magic” in to their life. At the end of the email they wrote “no pressure on you :)” I often get messages like this, whether it’s people attending our group sessions or 1:1 expecting me to perform some magical transformation FOR them, like it’s something outside of themselves. But that’s not how healing works. The magic is already within you, we hold the safe space for you to ignite it. I guide your breath as a vehicle to access buried emotions, but I can’t feel them for you. That takes your courage to ‘go there’, face your shadows, surrender, and feel what you need to feel to heal. An open mind and open heart are the key ingredients and if you allow yourself to fully trust the process, you will get exactly what you need in that moment.
