Today marks the autumn equinox. Although this brings with it cooler days and darker evenings, I like to think that nature helps to ease our transition with the beauty of crisp mornings, the warmth of golden leaves and lots of hearty root vegetables, apples and gourds ready for harvesting. ⁠ ⁠ I particularly love the changing landscape at our estate in Wootton at this time of year.
