The annual BLACK GIRLS LEAD Conference kicks off today and we’re excited to welcome 80 dynamic young women from around the globe for an action-packed four days with world-class leaders and innovators. For over 15 years BLACK GIRLS ROCK! has been committed to empowering young women of color to give them the tools needed to define their truth, own their agency, envision in the future they want to see, and forge their own paths.
