Made it to @okume.us and was thrilled they offered samples. On such an icky day sipping cups of dashi felt good. First time around I was too overwhelmed to try and make my own dashi. Opted for one of their premade offerings this time. I’ll live on the edge next visit. Plus lots of other fun food products.
