The best things in life are free ✨☘️ photo dump from August in Mayo - time spent walking in nature with my dog, sun bathing and letting the sun brown my skin, sea swimming through aqua blue caves that loop so you can swim through the azure, into darkness & towards the light- a womb like magic moment of darkness into light - the cool salt water leaving you feeling re-born. I realise the things that make me the happiest don’t cost anything but they do require me to be fit and healthy & brave! To have good balance & stamina, functional fitness, courage to climb down rocks and swim past jellyfish, to put my warm body in cold water. To have moments of discomfort only to be rewarded by nature with precious life experiences & memories that last forever. This knowing has made me appreciate my body for allowing me to live these moments & to be grateful for all my body does for me everyday without my having to even think. I know these moments are not accessible to everyone & It makes me want to look after this soul-shell I occupy so that it can keep taking me on adventures & that nature in all its glory can keep revealing it’s wonders to me. #mayo #nature #mysoulstyle #summer2022 #westofireland
