Miami city commissioners just approved zoning plans for Miami Freedom Park, a privately funded sports stadium that will be home to David Beckham's MLS team, Inter Miami CF.⁠ ⁠ The recreation destination will provide Miamians with 58 acres of public parks and green space, a tech hub, restaurants and shops, soccer fields for the community, and a 25,000-person stadium. It's expected to contribute more than $40 million in annual tax revenue and create 15,000 direct and indirect jobs.
