In 2009 I had the honor of traveling on a Goodwill trip to visit our troops in Iraq and Kuwait. It was an incredible and humbling experience that changed my worldview in ways I will never forget. I’m a few days late with this post but my memories of the servicemen and women I met that week and the respect for our veterans I carry with me today, remains at the forefront of my mind. Not only that, I was so lucky to randomly see my good friend @stuartambrose when he was stationed in Kuwait (the 🌎 really is small sometimes). Thank you to our veterans.
