Summer calls for spritzes galore! 🌸 In case you missed Saturday's beauty from @foodie_renee, we've got you covered with the full recipe below! ↓ LYCHEE ROSE GIN SPRITZ • 4 pieces fresh lychee/ from can • 1⁄2 half lemon juice • 1 Tbsp Rose Jam* • 2 oz club soda • 11⁄2 oz Empress 1908 Gin • Ice cubes METHOD: Muddle lychee in a shaker. Add ice and lemon juice; mix or shake well. In a glass, add rose jam and fill it with ice cubes. Pour lychee mixture into the glass and add club soda. Float Empress 1908 Gin on top. Garnish with lemon juice. *ROSE JAM: • 2 cups Rose Petals • 1 cup Sugar • 1 cup Water METHOD: Add sugar, water and rose petals in a pot, bring to the boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer for 10 minutes.
