Recipe: - 4 grams matcha sifted in -2 oz hot water (170 F) - ice, milk of choice, matcha - cream cheese foam (1oz raspberry syrup, 1tbs cream cheese, 2tbs milk, 3tbs heavy cream whisked with frother) - topped with dehydrated raspberry and also would recommend crushed graham crackers! To make raspberry syrup: 1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water.
