ASH BAKED POTATO, SMOKED SALMON & CAVIAR From many moons ago when I was in Vermont writing A Return to Cooking ...the purpose of this book was to explore the four seasons...we rented four different houses to cook in four different regions (Long Island, Puerto Rico, Napa, & Vermont). It was a collaboration between one painter, one writer, & two photographers @vanetinocortazar @ruhlman @shimontammar . All the recipes were pure improvisation, which was incredibly challenging & rewarding. So much fun to look back on this one! #tbt
