Gingerbread mug cake š
Ingredients:
- 70ml almond milk
- 50g Natural Chocolate Mug Cake Powder
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 10g milk chocolate protein spread
- 10g mini marshmallows
- 2x mini gingerbread biscuits
Method:
- In an ovenproof dish, combine your mug cake powder with the almond milk then mix in your ginger powder.
- Add your chocolate spread to the centre then pop into the microwave for 50-60 seconds.
- Top with your marshmallows and gingerbread biscuits then enjoy!
