Aside from their involvement in the Plessy v. Ferguson case the Citizens’ Committee challenged other instances of inequality that were levied against African Americans. In this publication they protest on behalf of Paul Bonseigneur who bought a house in Mandeville, Louisiana, and was being harassed by white neighbors who wanted him to leave.
