“Breakfast in New York” is a very special record to me. It’s the third single from my “French Loves House” EP on Basement Sound and made with my good mate, Ollie Chang (Animal Feelings). Ollie’s smooth keys combined with the beautiful feminine voice high on psychedelics just takes me to another place every time I listen to it. A place where we don’t care what others think, where we can just live in the moment and lose our inhibitions. It’s what house music does to me and it’s why I love music so much.
