Are you feeling anxious or worried? Hope this reel shares a little about feeling anxious but also about anxiety. A few people are feeling this right now as are my patients. You are NOT ALONE. Every one will Worry at some point and this is normal. But if the fear, worry or anxiousness becomes persistent, it can be overwhelming and if it starts to affect your everyday life, your well-being, sleep, relationships and work for example, please do seek help. It can be a symptom of other disorders such as OCD, PTSD and phobias but can’t be more generalised called generalised anxiety disorder. I’ll talk more about this and management next time.
