I’ve chosen to de-load today by taking in the sights of the viaduct on a 45min hikoi as part of my movement for day 8. The fresh sea air, sunlight and stroll helps me to stay present, reflect on things I can be grateful for and reset the energy for the last part of mahi in the day. ⚒️🖤🔥
