ANOTHER Exfoliating Pad?! Indeed, yes. Hear me out though as it took me a little bit of time to warm up to the idea. I had spent the last few months backpedaling many of the actives/exfoliants in my routine. After the birth of my daughter my skin has been prone to more sensitivity/reactivity - I’ve even had eczema flares on my eyelids (more on the care of that later) 😩 BUT my skin is hopelessly genetically prone to acne - breakouts and congestion. Which mean I am the prime target skin type for acids and retinoids. Hearing the break down of Alpha Hydroxy Acids to work as carriers for the Retinol I was intrigued and thankfully, surprised! They feel great, only need to be used 2-3X a week and left on overnight. I make sure to rinse with my @circadia_skin Vitamin Veil Oil Cleanser in the morning to rehydrate.
