Reflection time - It's been a month since I was "nudged" into a whole new adventure, going Full Time with my photography was something I've always wanted to do but was so scared of because there are so many unknowns. Every artist knows there is no steady work, you have to rely on your connections and networking skills and most importantly be the best that you can be. This is something I've been putting into practice for a very long time but seeing it become so crucial for my day to day has been extremely eye opening. I was always told I needed to have secured my client list before going full time and I always questioned it, for me doing it this way has literally pushed me into hustle mode and I'm discovering new things about me as an individual, as an artist and also a business. Everyone has their own journey and I'm so incredibly grateful for the people I've met along the way. Those who support me, those who over time have become clients and then friends, and even those agencies that have taken a chance on me.. But most importantly friends who have always helped me along the way. I've said it before and will always say it - My mentor @natashagerschon is a constant inspiration, support system and teacher. I love learning and discovering along the way and I hope to be able to do the same for someone else some day. Any who's if you've read this far..
