I like the idea of using these videos to practice transitions and editing as well as documenting my self care journey. Self care was a thing my grandma taught me to do and I have neglected myself for too long (about 7yrs) which makes all these habits SO HARD to get back into. I’ve allowed myself grace and everyday gets easier.
