Alright guys! I hope y’all enjoy this test series with @kayla.ann.prather 🙌🏼 many more to come. For a shot like this, I wanted to go all out and make my model shine (especially cause of these dope pants from ASOS). My main light was a Profoto XL with no diffusion. I wanted her to almost shimmer, so I wanted a hard light approach which helped add depth. For my kick, I decided to go for a beauty dish with a grid to only light around the top half of her. By the kick, I added a v flat and had it on the black side to add shadow. Next was a blue light... I knew immediately I wanted to utilize blue, so I barely had it hit the backdrop and pointed it a little bit into the direction of my kick. This setup was thought of for clothing brands who have high energy and incorporate movement into their product. Just a little run down on this set! More to come soon, thank you guys!
