Things happen every day in life. We have a choice on how we handle these things. There are good, bad, and stressful things. So, when life presents itself challenges, it’s best not to react immediately but to take a deep breath and remind yourself that you are in control your attitude and the way you handle chaos and disappointment. Be calm! 🕊️ ✨Some people find meditation helpful and there are lots of apps for that which I can recommend. I personally like connecting with nature for my quiet and active mediations (staring at and listening to the ocean, nature walks/hikes, horseback riding). ✨I also enjoy watching sunsets, smelling the fresh flowers in my yard, and bird-watching...especially the hawks and the hummingbirds! All these things help to boost serotonin, keep my mind calm and improve my mood too! ✨Box breathing techniques, taking adaptations and micro dosing 🍄 are other calming tools that help me and can be done anywhere.
