I had a cute lil’ model pic to post today where I actually had hair and makeup on lol but this felt more befitting for a Monday and with the whole week ahead of us, I just knew somebody else needed this friendly reminder! So this week when you start to feel overwhelmed, stressed, tired, unmotivated, lost...come back to this audio for a nudge. I don’t know about y’all, but anytime I take a moment to remember my true source, I realize I have a few more steps left in me, I find some energy that I didn’t know was there, I stumble upon just enough strength to keep at it.
