Feed in a room with lots of natural light. 2. Include long periods of uninterrupted skin-to-skin contact with your baby. 3. Try switching sides or positions while nursing. 4. Compress your breasts during feeding to increase milk flow. 5. Undress baby prior to feeding. 6. Gently stroke or rub baby’s back, hands, or feet before and during feeding sessions.
