this is a love letter to my favorite socarrat in Madrid 💌. I tried the marinated Norwegian herring, the black squid ink paella and the Iberian pork rib paella. The rice was crispy and perfect ... truly an unforgettable experience that I will never stop talking about. In a city full of amazing restaurants @casabenigna is at the top of my list.
