This 1908 Arts and Crafts house was ready for an upgrade, looking to create a modern fusion between the unique art deco features with a new, clean, contemporary look. This project designed by Jonathan Spicer of Spicer Architecture and Isabelle Harris of Isabelle Harris Design, titled “Centennial Park Residence”, was awarded Second Place Transitional Kitchen in the 2019-2021 Kitchen Design Contest.
