Sunday is always a day of reflection for me. Sadly today... the place I would most like to be at... is closed. If you’ll allow me to say it... I think Satan is having a hay day! He loves fear and chaos. However now more than ever .... one of my go to phrases ... in addition to Keep Shining ... is Fear is a Liar! Fear paralyzes us... it stops us from doing the things we should or could be doing. And... when it isnt doing that... it causes people to behave irrationally ( freaking toilet paper are you kidding me!!??) and in the most mean and unkind ways. I was taking stock of all that I am grateful for today.... and one of them is watching my Monat Family reacting in counter cultural ways! We have always been disruptors... we talk about being a movement and of healthy hair/skin revolutions... but watching the Family be counter cultural makes me so proud and warm. Watching you say how can I turn this into a positive... watching you turn to your faith... your family... Your friends... and for those of us so blessed to be in an online business .... encouraging... leading and pouring into your teams.... making things happen in the midst of pandemonium !!! YES! I will tell you .... you will be tempted in the next few weeks to fall into the trap... to panic... to hoard... to be unkind... to freeze... Lets be a force! Let’s be counter cultural! Let’s show our kids that we don’t let fear guide us. Let’s show confidence ... Let’s show leadership... Let’s show love! If fear is darkness and I truly believe thats where it takes us... into the dark..... We need to remember .... Only light can conquer darkness. Personally .... my sense of peace and calm comes from knowing that God is still on His Throne... and that hasnt changed no matter what culture tells me. So Im just going to keep busy... protecting my family... my friends ... our business ... our Monat Family... showing love and leadership. Dont forget... Fear is a Liar! Keep Shining! Be a Light!
