Micheal Mangieri and Yemi got together for an improv dinner on the farm. Michael is a brilliant chef, an beautiful soul and alumni of the Oko Farms Aquaponics Training Intensive. ⠀ We made dinner and a beverage for 7 using farm produce that inspired us as the main ingredients including ewédú (jute leaves, garden egg, beets, lemongrass, beets, chilies, tomatoes, peppers, sorghum etc. ⠀ It was sun down by the time we sat down to eat, so we couldn’t capture the final meal, but we now have outdoor lights ready for the next meal! ⠀ We’re back at it again on Monday 10/3 at 4:00pm.
