Micheal Mangieri and Yemi got together for an improv dinner on the farm. Michael is a brilliant chef, an beautiful soul and alumni of the Oko Farms Aquaponics Training Intensive.

We made dinner and a beverage for 7 using farm produce that inspired us as the main ingredients including ewédú (jute leaves, garden egg, beets, lemongrass, beets, chilies, tomatoes, peppers, sorghum etc.

It was sun down by the time we sat down to eat, so we couldn’t capture the final meal, but we now have outdoor lights ready for the next meal!

We’re back at it again on Monday 10/3 at 4:00pm. We have a few open slots available at https://www.okofarms.org/community-dinner.
