this is my first time ever using a mascara that wasn’t black and I actually think it’s so fun! It’s a subtle way to add a little pop of color without being too dramatic! The color itself is fun for fall since it’s a darker purple shade. The mascara I’m using is from the @colourpopcosmetics collab with hocus pocus 2 in the shade butcherson! I really like the fun color but the mascara itself is just okay to me. It’s a super dry formula and because of that, it does seem to hold a curl pretty well. However, it does smudge, like almost every mascara to ever exist for me, and the smudge is a pinkish/purple. Definitely not the worst mascara I’ve ever tried but I don’t think I’d purchase another colourpop mascara. TBH, I’m just gonna stop buying mascaras and try to use them all up so that I can go back to my thrive causemetics tubing mascaras. Thrive also has a brown mascara and a dark blue which would also be pretty cool lol Have you tried colored mascaras??
