EAT YOUR GREENS!! 💚
You need to try these healthy Spinach Oat Wraps 💚 Since you all loved my plain oat wraps, I decided to try something new!! Add your favorite fillings and you’ll have a perfect breakfast, lunch, or even dinner! ALSOOO this amazing black fit is @bellacanvas :)
Ingredients:
2 cups of oats 
1 cup of almond milk ..1 cup of water
1 cup spinach
1 Tbsp of everything bagel seeds or you can do salt/pepper ( optional )
1 Tsp baking powder
DIRECTIONS
1. Add your oats, water/milk and spinach into your blender or bowl
2. Let them soak for 1-2 hours
3. Add everything bagel seeds or salt and baking powder to your mix.
4. Blend for 2-3 cycles or until smooth (add more water as needed)
5. Pour mixture onto a lightly greased non stick pan and flip to create your spinach tortilla ( a few minutes each side)
6. Add your choice of fillings and enjoy!
