One day you’ll feel on top of the world and so motivated, and the next you’ll want to quit. Focus on building those healthy sustainable habits and consistency instead of focusing on the quickest fix which usually involves so much restriction.
You are not a failure for starting your weight loss journey for the 5th time. You are figuring out what is going to work for you. Don’t expect different results from the same methods that haven’t worked in the past. Make yummy food that you enjoy that can also help you reach your goals, find a way to move your body that you can be most consistent with, find inspiration from more than just influencers. Dig deep into your why. Why do you want this?
