#seeatiptimetuesday Noseriding behind the section 👃 ~ watch @shaley.mercado gooooo! Ideally, we look for steeper sections on the waves for noseriding. On smaller waves, sometimes there’s opportunities to get on the nose from behind a crumbly section. On waves that aren’t very steep, these can be good sections to look for a noseride. Come from behind the section crumbling in front of you. If the wave is very steep and breaking top to bottom, this move likely won’t be possible. Noseriding from behind the section is mostly for flatter or crumbly waves that don’t have a pitching lip. Remember, timing for noserides is essential, as the sections come and go quickly, so anticipate the noseride crumble sections!
