Abdelnour With a 24 hour news cycle, social media, and all of life’s other distractions, it is easy to lose focus on what’s important. It’s easy to fall into the comparison game, suffer from FOMO, never feel satisfied. Focus instead on the present moment, the good that surrounds you. Be mindful. Will it always work, no. But tomorrow is always another day to take another shot. I constantly work on keeping a positive mindset. It doesn’t always come easily.
