Be kind to yourself and your body. Most of my life I spent thinking I needed to cover up if I wasn’t a certain size or shape, I always thought I needed to change and I needed to “improve” myself in someway before I accepted or loved myself and I know so many of us do the same thing. Truth is I never needed changing or to cover up, my body was and is literally as it’s meant to be. Our bodies are suppose to move, fold, jiggle, roll, have texture, they need to stretch for us to have space to move. We wouldn’t be anywhere without our bodies and were constantly wanting to change them or cover them instead of embrace who and what we truly look like. They do so much for us that we don’t even give them credit for. If you think you need to change, you don’t, if you think you need to cover up, you don’t. It’s easier said than done to listen to this stuff but when you really really think about it there is never any point in wasting your life or your experiences just because your waiting for your body to change when your mindset still hasn’t and it would be another cycle. For me it has always been my mindset towards my body not actually the way it looks. Try to focus on mindset over appearance.
