Today I finished 10 hours of workshop hosting for the first time in two years! Added into this I’m on week four of a body Recomp programme and this week I’ve leaned out more than I thought I would! Big thanks to @willvargas___ for the coaching this week, I hit a really mentally destructive low on Friday and he was there to talk me out of that! I was teaching nauli today and thought I’d get it in after our training session at the gym.
