This year, we embarked on our journey of fiber plant cultivation with cotton - naturally green + brown heirloom varieties. We also have one white plant courtesy of @lex_boooogie. ⠀ The cotton plants were grown in both containers via aquaponics (soilless + fish waste) and in-ground. We’re now in the season of harvest as the weather has rapidly cooled in NYC. ⠀ This is just the beginning. There is a lot to learn.
