After an incredible opening almost 3y ago now, two lockdown, one cocktail book, spirit development and more than 14 menus in @claridgeshotel 🙃 it's time for a different challenge that will see me involved both in a different role full-time , as well as finally the release of a personal project for the hospitality industry that hopefully will be live before the end of 2022. 🔥 . .
