I love returning to familiar places in different conditions. I've done this summit three different times since 2019 and each trip has yielded almost completely different photos & conditions. When my friends and I made our way up last summer, we had no idea we'd be greeted with snow the next morning, or that we'd spend an extra day waiting out fog and bad weather. Opting for a late night hike out on an empty stomach with hopes that we'd at least leave with something more than memories. Lucky for us, the fog parted in a blaze of light and mist and revealed these familiar views in a completely different light..
