Grateful for everything this restaurant has provided for me, my family and so many others. Regardless of its accolades, it’s success and it’s place in LA history, Guisados continues to remain proud of its past and focused on its future. From our cooks to our servers, our office and more, Guisados’ success could not be possible without each and every one of the members of its 12 year history. Through the good and the bad, the highs and the lows, Guisados remains resilient and proof that even a small taqueria born in East LA can make it to the beach. Honestly I don’t even know what I’m trying to say in this caption. I just feel the need stop for a second and express the gratitude I have for Guisados. Everything this place has become is made possible by the immense support we continue to receive from friends, family and every customer who has passed through these doors. As I look at my life now, it’s impossible to overlook the foundation that Guisados has built which has afforded me the opportunities to keep reaching for more. With all these other journeys I’ve had (George’s to Playita and Gs on Sunday) to the amazing relationships that have been made along the way, none of them could have been possible without Guisados. People dream for a story like this; but for me, it feels like the story has still only just begun… In Tacos We Trust
