Had a spectacular lunch @roostiq where they have harnessed the glorious cooking power of the grill. You must order the #torenzos which are the most incredible smoked pork cheeks that are crisp for the heavens. We totally enjoyed their vegetable offerings like the most succulent tomatoes served fresh with just a dash of olive oil. Then we had the grilled artichokes & grilled spinach with arugula topped with the creamiest fried eggs. You must leave room for the cheesecake as this will truly make you whimper in delight. I can’t wait to be back. I dare say my best lunch in Madrid so far. ❤️🇪🇸💃🏼
