Self reflection: Lately have been reflecting on how many of inter generations trauma cycles I have been breaking in my family/social life. Which they honestly think I’m selfish, self centric and egoist. But listen none of this is true. Im are truly embracing my energy, love and time. The expectation of following the cliques, following the previous traumatic patterns are so easy to follow them, but breaking them would need so much of third processing of how will I be seen in social setting, how do they receive me.? (Again, this is not my responsibility) :gentle reminder to self- I’m here and I’m living the life that I wanted and I chose to. It’s nothing against of anyone norms. Live and let live.
