Our chef, Perrin, has been working on some amazing updates to our food menu. Our breakfast sandwich has garnered a bit of a reputation. It’s a familiar sausage, egg, and cheese, but made with quality ingredients and perfected execution. So we’re giving it a proper name and launching 2 new sandwiches to accompany it on the menu. All available now at @commonsgvl The Providence - the OG, named in honor of our friends at @providence_farm where we source our sausage. Soft scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, pickled mustard seed, and house-made brioche bun. The Red Eye - house-made coffee glazed bacon, fried egg, cheddar cheese, aioli, house-made brioche bun. The Green - A vegetarian option with dressed greens, chive soft scramble egg, cheddar cheese, honey mustard aioli, house-made brioche bun. Gluten-free? We got you.
