Sooo...I tried something new in the gym today. This was waaaayyyy out of my comfort zone, not because I didn’t know what I was doing (I don’t), but because other people around me would SEE that I didn’t know what I was doing. I have no idea why I would care what these strangers think. But I do. Thankfully, I’ve done enough work on myself to feel insecure, feel afraid...and do it anyway. My desire to be strong 💪 is greater than my desire for approval. Feel free to comment with some RDL tips or to correct my form.
