Beginning THIS FRIDAY, we will no longer be focusing on our Ốc concept, as we will be transitioning into Bún Đậu 3 days/week: Fri, Sat and Sun (the hours will stay the same, opening hours details in bio fyi). As much as we were enjoying the progress of the concept, the mental split of trying to execute 2 different services with our 3-4 person team has been a bit much. It was a difficult decision to make as we are trying to keep our schedule consistent. But ultimately we feel this is the best direction as the demand for Bún Đậu grows, some Ốc dishes will be still on the Menu & we will add new dishes to the menu that make sense to serve alongside with Bún Đậu.
