Labor Day project: 1.) Eat bespoke sausage our friends @bgmeyers and @dianevasil brought yesterday while 2.) digging out busted foundation, 3.) building form, 4.) pouring concrete footing with a shelf I can use the rebuild stone foundation and 5.) hosing off. Finished and got it tarped right before the downpour thanks to an assist from Guinevere who went on a concrete run halfway through—I can never get the amount right. This pour was 1000 lbs. I thought it would be half that. The last video is the before shot. What you may not be able to see is that the center of that foundation wall is caved in about a foot.
