I’m between the rainy days, I’ve been making it a priority to get outside more lately. I’d gotten into a routine (funk) of doing nothing with my (very limited) free time but errands, sleeping, and the occasional workout. Want to guess what that led to? Increasing my depression. I wasn’t spending any time doing the things that nourish me and create joy. So here’s to spending my free time getting out of my rut and into my happy places.
