Journey in grace. Doing the work, excavating, and going deep is going to be uncomfortable AF. But, on the other side is freedom, clarity, love, bliss, all of the things. For me, just acknowledging that all I am journeying through is going to be uncomfortable is a relief in and of itself. And even in this season, I can still wrap myself in love. Love yourself through it. There is no need to be kicking, screaming, fighting, escaping. Lean in. Lean into the burn. Lean into love. Lean into growth. Lean into expansion. Lean into it all.
