Blueberry Apple Pie Bites: for when the sweet cravings hit right before bedtime.
What you’ll need:
• 6 scoops Apple Pie Dream Powder
• 2 cups rolled oats
• 2/3 cup apple sauce
• 1 1/4 cups oat flour
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/3 cup maple syrup
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 ripe banana, mashed
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 2 cups fresh blueberries
How to make:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Pour all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix.
3. Pour all wet ingredients into a separate bowl and mix.
4. Combine both bowls and mix.
5. Pour mixture into cupcake tin.
6. Bake for 10-11 minutes and enjoy!
