Full body workout at 26 weeks 🤰🏻 . A little update with workouts - I’m definitely experiencing some round ligament pain - especially with single leg movements like lunges OR if I roll over too quickly when sleeping lol. I just started a few stretches and I’ll lyk if I feel that they help! I’m normally the absolute worst about warming up or stretching so this will probably be a good thing for me 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve tried to lighten the weights a bit when it comes to lower body just to avoid the groin pain and other than that all is pretty similar. . 3 rounds : 10 goblet squats into 10 pulses 10 single arm rows 20 hip thrusts 10 curl to front raise 10 shoulder press 20 banded clamshells **optional 20 min walk if you have the energy** . #pregnancyworkout #fullbodyworkout #pregnancyfitness
